My path into foot zone work began through my own search for healing. Growing up with scoliosis and chronic pain, I discovered foot zone reflexology during a particularly difficult season — and felt a profound shift in my nervous system. That experience changed how I understood the body's ability to reset and heal.
I trained in foot zoning in 2012 and have been serving clients ever since.
